Job summary

This role involves participating in project-based opportunities focused on testing and improving AI systems for leading tech companies. Contributors will engage in various tasks related to customer service scenarios, including evaluating fee inquiries, creating payment setup scenarios, and grading responses for accuracy and tone.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, banking, retail, or financial services.
  • Recent experience in customer service or banking roles is preferred.
  • Strong judgment in service scope and ability to interpret fee schedules or policy documents.
  • Background in QA analysis, call-center training, or conversation design is advantageous.
  • Proficient written English skills (C1+).

Compensation

  • Design and evaluate scenarios for fee inquiries and statement clarifications.
  • Create scenarios for autopay and payment setups with specific traps.
  • Build scenarios for card replacements and fraud claims.
  • Author scenarios for account closures and retention offers.
  • Assess responses for factual accuracy and conversational tone.
  • Estimated workload of 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
  • Potential earnings of up to $60 per hour, varying by project scope and complexity.
