Job summary

This position is for Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representatives to provide exceptional service for a travel and hospitality platform, with relocation support to Athens, Greece.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and booking platforms is advantageous.
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential.
