Job summary

A full-time Customer & Operations Support Agent position is available in Copenhagen, focusing on enhancing member experiences through effective communication and operational support. The role involves direct interaction with members and collaboration with various departments to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with members via social media, email, and chat.
  • Address inquiries related to member accounts, orders, cancellations, and products.
  • Proactively engage with members to deliver exceptional service.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse to rectify mistakes.
  • Analyze parcel delivery data and act on insights for operational efficiency.
  • Identify recurring issues and propose solutions.
  • Liaise daily with the technical team regarding issues and improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance member experience.
  • Take ownership of specific responsibilities and drive improvements.
  • Assist in reporting and development of member relationship initiatives.
