About the role

Job summary

The Customer Support Administrator plays a crucial role in the administration of service and spare parts activities, ensuring efficient and accurate invoicing processes that align with established standards. This position involves collaboration with various internal teams to provide support and maintain data accuracy for a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Education in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., DAX or SAP) and/or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce / ServiceMax)
  • Familiarity with service administration processes, preferably in a sales or service context
  • Understanding of commercial service and business operations is advantageous
  • Experience in a multicultural, cross-functional organization is a plus
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Execute invoicing activities for spare parts and service visits, including labor and expenses
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on invoices in compliance with company standards
  • Address invoice-related inquiries and assist in resolving discrepancies
  • Process credit invoices as needed and approved
  • Update cases and work orders post-invoicing completion
  • Maintain accurate information in internal systems and customer portals
  • Share invoicing reports and data with relevant stakeholders
  • Assist internal teams with customer-related invoicing questions
  • Manage the transport of spare parts when necessary
  • Ensure administrative processes are efficient, structured, and compliant
  • Perform additional tasks as required by business needs
