Job summary

This position involves managing customer orders, responding to inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. The role requires maintaining high service quality standards and compliance while supporting daily operational needs.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in biotechnology or manufacturing
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, with Salesforce being preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Intermediate proficiency in Danish (B1/B2) is required
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex environment

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inquiries about pricing, availability, and order status
  • Communicate customer needs clearly across departments
  • Process customer orders ensuring accuracy in specifications and delivery information
  • Direct customer requests to appropriate internal teams and track follow-ups
  • Acknowledge orders and manage backorders
  • Utilize sales order entry systems to maintain accurate customer information
  • Adhere to service quality and order accuracy standards, as well as departmental SOPs
  • Comply with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 quality management system requirements
  • Perform additional tasks to support business operations as needed
