Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with APIs and their functionalities.
  • Ability to understand organizational roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a desire to learn quickly.
