Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for enterprise customers, managing relationships from app launch to renewal.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by monitoring progress towards key results and addressing risks.
  • Drive the adoption of platform features among partners and provide best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and influence product development.
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews and executive reports aligning customer goals with platform outcomes.
