Job summary

This role involves managing a portfolio of customers in the cybersecurity sector, focusing on onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. The position emphasizes building strong relationships and driving measurable value for clients while collaborating with various teams to achieve revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field (preferably in SaaS/IT/cybersecurity)
  • Experience with enterprise customers, particularly in the public sector is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills for engaging both technical and executive stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset with knowledge of ARR, forecasting, and KPIs
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity or IT solutions is a plus
  • Experience with MEDDPICC methodology is beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of public sector and enterprise customers
  • Drive customer adoption, engagement, and long-term success
  • Build relationships with stakeholders from IT teams to C-level executives
  • Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic account planning
  • Monitor account health and mitigate churn risk
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver customer value
  • Provide accurate forecasting and achieve quota attainment

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred
