Job summary

A Swedish-speaking Customer Success Manager is sought to join a tech scale-up in Copenhagen. The role focuses on driving product adoption and empowering brands to achieve their marketing goals through a SaaS platform.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken; additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, Danish, Polish, Norwegian, or Dutch are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or a related e-commerce/marketing role preferred, but attitude and cultural fit are prioritized.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to clients, managing the client journey from onboarding to renewal.
  • Drive product adoption and demonstrate value and KPIs to clients.
  • Manage relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Success team to exceed client expectations and contribute to company growth.

Education
