The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for delivering and implementing a comprehensive SaaS platform analytics solution, ensuring clients derive maximum value from the products and services offered. This role involves proactive engagement with customers, project management, and collaboration with product and sales teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering SaaS solutions or data products.
• Proven background in Customer Delivery or Consulting with a focus on strong customer engagement and successful project outcomes.
• Ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders; strong communication skills are essential.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in building relationships with mid- and executive-level customer contacts.

Responsibilities

• Coach customers on implementing products and solutions to meet their strategic goals.
• Lead delivery projects to meet contractual objectives and timelines.
• Conduct platform demonstrations, training sessions, and webinars.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop features that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs and leverage analytics solutions to create insights and dashboards.
• Manage the user onboarding process and support clients in utilizing data for business decisions.
• Analyze project data and report on performance metrics.

Skills

• Fluent in Swedish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.
