Job summary

This role involves supporting the Customer Success Operations team by enhancing customer experiences during a 6-month assignment. The position focuses on engaging with customers to ensure they derive value from their investments.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a student in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in customer service or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Proficient in computer and system skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and capability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and at least one additional language: Swedish, Norwegian, Lithuanian, or Latvian.

Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries related to billing, price adjustments, and account information.
  • Manage and follow up on internal cases to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain customer data in CRM and case management systems, optimizing workflows.
  • Foster strong customer relationships and proactively address their needs.
  • Assist the Customer Success team with various projects and tasks.

Skills

  • Comfortable handling difficult conversations.
  • Adaptable to change.

Education

  • Enrollment in a relevant bachelor's or master's degree program.

Tools

  • Familiarity with Jira and CRM systems is preferred. Basic financial understanding is beneficial.
