Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives to enhance customer retention and satisfaction across markets.
  • Analyze data to uncover trends, opportunities, and best practices within customer segments.
  • Collaborate with local teams to implement successful strategies and tackle portfolio challenges.
  • Create and present insightful reports to assist leadership in making informed decisions.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Customer Officer and other executives on customer base management.
