Job summary

The role involves guiding customers through their cloud adoption journey, ensuring effective collaboration among various teams to deliver successful outcomes. The Customer Solutions Manager will leverage their expertise in cloud transformations to create adoption roadmaps that provide measurable value to customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in customer-facing technology roles related to cloud adoption or IT program delivery.
  • Proven experience leading customer initiatives with defined business objectives and technical requirements across multiple workstreams.
  • Familiarity with various technology domains including compute, networking, data, security, and AI/ML.
  • Ability to engage in technical discussions and offer best practice guidance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to senior management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive collaboration between sales, support, solutions architecture, and professional services teams.
  • Develop and execute education plans, align roadmaps with business outcomes, and manage key customer milestones.
  • Build business cases to demonstrate the value of cloud adoption, focusing on efficiency gains and cost savings.
  • Utilize emerging technologies to enhance delivery and identify risks.

Skills

  • Strong delivery and change management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead virtual teams and gain stakeholder buy-in.

Education

  • Background in engineering, information technology, or program management preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate and AWS AI Practitioner are advantageous.

Tools

  • Familiarity with cloud service categories and solution architecture concepts is essential.
