Customer Service Specialist (Healthcare Technology)

Job summary

This role involves supporting the in-house Service & Repair Customer Care organization, focusing on operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the healthcare technology sector. The position requires a blend of customer service expertise and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification
• Several years of experience in customer service, customer operations, or service support
• Experience managing complex customer situations and escalations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive mindset with ownership and influence capabilities
• Interest in healthcare, medical technology, or regulated industries
• Professional proficiency in English; additional European language is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for complex customer cases and service issues
• Support daily customer care operations, managing requests, orders, and escalations
• Collaborate with Customer Care Representatives, service engineers, and logistics teams to enhance customer experience
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to support operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards in a MedTech environment
• Analyze operational performance and use data to improve service quality
• Assist in onboarding and training activities for the Customer Care team
