Customer Service Specialist (FMCG, Hybrid)

Job summary

The role involves managing customer service operations within the Nordic Supply Chain team, focusing on order execution and logistics operations to enhance retailer support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Service, particularly in order management across various order types. Experience in FMCG is advantageous.
• Proficient in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong attention to detail with a logistics-oriented mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills and a good understanding of IT systems.
• Fluent in at least one Nordic language; additional Nordic languages are beneficial.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incoming orders from Nordic customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Take ownership of challenges and drive continuous process improvements.
• Manage non-standard order flows, including tester and collateral orders.
• Collaborate with various functions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate new product orders for timely launches with Execution Planners.
• Support the transformation of customer service and order management processes, including EDI implementations.
• Monitor performance metrics and strive for service level improvements.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Address ad hoc customer service inquiries and provide support to stakeholders.
