Job summary

This role is a one-year fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, focusing on customer service for the Swedish market while also providing support for other Nordic markets as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Advanced English proficiency for communication with Nordic teams; Danish or Norwegian is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, structured approach.
  • Ability to handle conflict situations with care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service operations for the Swedish market.
  • Act as a backup for other Nordic markets during absences.
  • Handle order management via various channels including EDI, CRM, and web shop.
  • Process credit and claims efficiently.
  • Provide email and phone support to customers.
  • Drive additional sales and enhance customer value.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to meet customer requirements.

Education
