Qualifications

• Native or fluent Danish (C2) proficiency, both written and spoken
• Good command of English (minimum B2)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or technical support is preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer support via phone, chat, and email across digital platforms
• Assist customers with technical issues related to mobile applications and websites
• Troubleshoot common technical and account-related problems, providing clear guidance
• Support inquiries related to public and private sector digital services
• Coordinate with relevant platform teams regarding business account inquiries
• Identify customer needs and direct users to the appropriate department or service
