Job summary

This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within the German market for a digital lending institution. Responsibilities

• Engage with German-speaking leads to facilitate the loan application process and promote card products.
• Address incoming inquiries through phone, email, and SMS, balancing customer needs with business objectives.
• Oversee the customer journey from initial contact to final verification, ensuring compliance and accuracy in documentation.
• Work with Payments and Collections teams to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
• Utilize sales expertise to identify customer challenges and recommend product improvements.

Qualifications

• Native or C1 level fluency in German and professional proficiency in English.
• 1–2 years of experience in a sales-driven role, such as Telesales or Business Development.
• Preferred background in banking or financial services.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Must possess an EU Passport or legal right to work in Malta.
