Job summary

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for a financial institution focused on the German market. The position is ideal for individuals who are fluent in German and have a strong sales background, particularly in a fast-paced Fintech environment.

Qualifications

  • Native or C1 level fluency in German and professional command of English.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales-driven environment, such as Telesales or Business Development.
  • Previous experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
  • Must hold an EU Passport or have legal authorization to work in Malta.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with German-speaking leads to facilitate the loan application process and promote card products.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and SMS, balancing customer needs with business objectives.
  • Manage the customer journey from initial contact to final verification, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Payments and Collections teams to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Utilize sales expertise to identify customer pain points and recommend product improvements.

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with CRM systems.
  • Attributes: Resilient, persuasive, and motivated by achieving performance targets.

Education

  • Relevant experience in sales and customer service; financial literacy is a plus.
