Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Finnish (written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and manage time well.
