  • Utilizing systems like TMS NShift and SAP for logistics management
  • Unpacking deliveries and organizing stock
  • Picking and packing orders for shipment
  • Investigating errors and discrepancies
  • Contributing to sales through customer service initiatives
  • Collaborating with the Sales Department for enhanced service

Skills

  • Experience with SAP is advantageous
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Background in the dental industry is a plus
