Qualifications

  • Must be a current college student or equivalent, with no specific major required.
  • A proactive and curious attitude is essential.
  • Must demonstrate a timely and diligent approach to work and studies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word, is required.
  • Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, are necessary.
  • Previous work experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Validate, categorize, and manage customer requests (Tickets) from the Customer Support Center.
  • Provide minor resolutions for tickets.
  • Monitor the ticket queue and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Validate and oversee the system upload of bulk claim refunds to retailers.
  • Provide dispatch and billing support to Field Support Engineers.
  • Perform various administrative tasks and reporting.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong communication skills in English.

Education

  • Current enrollment in a college program.

Tools

  • Microsoft Office Suite.
