Job summary

This role involves supporting the Customer Support Center by managing customer requests and assisting with ticket resolution. Responsibilities include validating and categorizing tickets, monitoring ticket queues, and providing administrative support to Field Support Engineers.

Qualifications

  • Current college student or equivalent, no specific major required
  • Proactive and curious attitude
  • Timely and diligent work ethic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
  • Previous work experience is preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Validate, categorize, and dispatch customer requests from the Customer Support Center
  • Resolve minor ticket issues
  • Monitor ticket queues and follow up with customers
  • Manage system uploads for bulk claim refunds to retailers
  • Provide dispatch and billing support to Field Support Engineers
  • Perform administrative tasks and reporting

Skills

  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Education

  • Must be a current college student or similar
