Job summary

The Customer Relations Specialist will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to clients in the Norwegian market while based in Denmark. This role involves direct interaction with customers and requires a commitment to professionalism and accuracy in all communications and transactions.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within an international company.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English is required; proficiency in other Scandinavian languages is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and efficient demeanor.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and independence in task execution.
  • High reliability and a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and requests promptly and accurately.
  • Manage inquiries and requests from Sales Representatives, direct customers, and distributors.
  • Handle credit and re-bill requests efficiently to rectify invoice errors.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Sales Representatives, ensuring swift service for both internal and external customers.
  • Assist Sales Representatives in upselling products.
  • Collaborate with other departments via CRM to ensure timely processing of service requests.
  • Provide customers with accurate product information and details about sales promotions.
  • Ensure that customer complaints are addressed or escalated appropriately.
  • Adhere to ISO procedures in all operations.
