This is a 6-month contract position focused on establishing a customer lifecycle expansion program to enhance customer growth and engagement. The role involves designing and implementing a structured approach to customer narratives and campaigns across various stages of customer maturity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Product Marketing within the B2B SaaS sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to build lifecycle programs or customer growth campaigns from the ground up.
  • Strong skills in customer discovery, including interviewing and synthesizing insights.
  • Experience in creating multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, including content, video, webinars, and sales enablement.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Customer Success, sales, and commercial leadership.
  • A combination of structured thinking and creativity to connect insights with execution.
  • Experience in an agency environment or roles requiring quick understanding of complex businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a customer lifecycle expansion program across four stages: Activate, Grow, Scale, and Transform.
  • Conduct interviews with customers and internal teams to identify adoption barriers and expansion opportunities.
  • Create multi-channel lifecycle campaigns utilizing various formats such as video, webinars, and customer stories.
  • Design modular campaign assets that are practical for commercial teams to use in customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Revenue teams to enhance customer storytelling across channels.
  • Define metrics for assessing customer progress in their transformation journey.
