Customer Marketing Manager (On-site, 6-month contract)

Job summary

This role focuses on establishing a comprehensive customer lifecycle expansion program over a 6-month contract. The aim is to create a structured system that enhances customer growth through defined stages: Activate, Grow, Scale, and Transform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Product Marketing within B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated ability to build lifecycle programs or customer growth campaigns from the ground up.
• Strong skills in customer discovery, including interviewing and synthesizing insights.
• Experience in creating multi-channel B2B campaigns utilizing content, video, webinars, email, and sales enablement.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Customer Success, sales, and commercial leadership.
• A structured yet creative approach to connecting insights with execution.
• Bonus: Experience in an agency environment or roles requiring quick understanding of complex businesses.

Responsibilities

• Develop the customer lifecycle expansion program across four maturity stages.
• Conduct interviews with customers and teams to identify adoption barriers and expansion opportunities.
• Transform customer insights into multi-channel campaigns using various formats.
• Create modular campaign assets for commercial teams to utilize in expansion discussions.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Revenue teams to enhance customer storytelling.
• Define methods for assessing customer progress in their transformation journey.
