Job summary

The role involves providing technical support, account coordination, problem analysis, and installation assistance to customers in the Nordics. The position requires both on-site and remote work, collaborating with partners to ensure customer needs are met effectively.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in support or field delivery teams for major IT vendors.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting SAN/storage issues and performing storage firmware upgrades.
  • Familiarity with major storage vendor support structures and online support tools.
  • Knowledge of operating systems such as Linux, VMware, and Windows is advantageous.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to remain calm in fast-paced situations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Valid driver's license (B).

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and installation assistance to customers in the Nordics.
  • Collaborate with sales and presales teams to deliver optimal solutions.
  • Maintain flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Participate in on-call duties as part of the role.

Skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

  • Relevant experience in IT support or related fields.

Tools

  • Experience with SAN (Storage Area Network) from Brocade and Cisco.
