Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, project management, or marketing coordination.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to clarity.
  • Proactive and curious, with a desire to understand operational workflows.
  • Proficient with marketing tools, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to anticipate operational needs and think ahead.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and assertiveness.
  • Comfortable working in high-speed environments with multiple projects.
  • High proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage multiple CRO projects simultaneously, ensuring precision and accountability.
  • Create comprehensive technical and creative briefs for various team members, including designers and developers.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders, ensuring all tasks are followed up on until completion.
  • Monitor and assess incoming assets and feedback, identifying any gaps or issues.
  • Lead the quality assurance process for landing pages, funnels, and A/B tests.
  • Develop and implement operational systems that enhance the efficiency of the CRO team.
  • Address and resolve issues in real-time to prevent delays and bottlenecks.
