Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within a small client strategy team to drive strategic deliverables and integrated channel plans.
  • Ensure cohesive customer experiences across digital ecosystems, including email, mobile apps, and social media.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize customer engagement and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Analyze research and insights to create actionable strategies and customer journey frameworks.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and craft compelling narratives.

Skills

  • Experience in customer experience and performance marketing.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
