Qualifications

  • Experience in strategic thinking, with CRM experience considered a plus. Both agency and client-side backgrounds are welcome.
  • Global perspective with experience in strategies for large-scale global clients.
  • Proactive self-starter with a strong desire to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting in meetings and workshops.
  • Collaborative mindset, working effectively within a client team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within a small client strategy team to drive strategic deliverables and develop integrated channel plans.
  • Integrate strategies across digital ecosystems, including email, mobile apps, and social media, to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize customer engagement and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Synthesize research and analysis to contribute to workshops and translate insights into actionable strategies and customer journey frameworks.
  • Create compelling narratives and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.

Skills

  • Strong strategic and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in developing customer journey frameworks and personas.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and data analytics tools is advantageous.
