Job summary

The role of CRM Manager involves managing customer relationships and driving initiatives to enhance customer retention and engagement. You will collaborate with local markets to execute campaigns and analyze customer data to improve key metrics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in CRM, preferably with Braze.
  • Background in e-commerce and subscription services is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Business & Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with BI tools like Looker.
  • Good understanding of AI applications in CRM.
  • Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholders in assigned markets.
  • Analyze customer data to create initiatives aimed at reducing churn.
  • Support local activities to expand the customer base.
  • Implement cross-sell, up-sell, and win-back strategies.
  • Measure and report the impact of initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Share knowledge across the organization.
  • Monitor changes in key metrics and long-term trends.
  • Participate in projects focused on churn reduction and new subscription types.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think commercially and identify improvement opportunities.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Tools

  • CRM Marketing Automation tool (Braze), Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools (Looker).
