Job summary

This is an 8-month fixed-term contract role focused on developing and executing CRM propositions and campaigns within a global context. The position is part of a team dedicated to enhancing membership and personalization strategies to foster consumer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing customer proposition development and related offerings using data and insights.
  • Background in delivering personalized CRM campaigns at scale across multiple channels.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and technologies that drive personalization and commercial success.
  • Ability to navigate complex partner dynamics in a global organization, collaborating effectively with product and tech teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, capable of presenting clear recommendations to senior management.
  • Experience in a global, multicultural manufacturing environment with both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business channels.
  • Positive, solution-oriented team player with strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management to design and implement innovative CRM campaigns and offerings.
  • Align CRM propositions with overall business strategies and objectives through cross-functional teamwork.
  • Oversee the development process for CRM offerings to enhance activation campaigns.
  • Integrate campaigns across various functions, ensuring cohesive messaging and execution.
  • Work with CRM Hub teams to create dynamic campaigns that drive shopper demand and achieve commercial goals.
  • Manage planning and forecasting of CRM campaign KPIs, including revenue and engagement metrics.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills to leverage data for campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field.

Tools

  • Experience with CRM software and analytics tools to drive campaign performance.
