CRM Manager

Job summary

The role involves developing and executing CRM strategies for retail banking customers to enhance engagement, product adoption, and upselling opportunities. The position is based in Copenhagen and requires collaboration with various teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with broader business goals.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of experience in CRM for app-based products or services, focusing on activation, engagement, and upsell strategies.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex lifecycle flows.
• Hands-on experience with Braze or similar platforms (Salesforce, Iterable, Responsys, ActiveCampaign).
• Technical skills in Liquid and HTML for building campaigns and CRM flows.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
• Fluent in English with effective stakeholder management skills.
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and product adoption.
• Set and work towards personal marketing KPIs aligned with commercial objectives.
• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns using Braze, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize messaging, channels, and targeting through A/B testing.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Marketing, and Commercial teams to integrate CRM efforts with overall business strategies.
• Implement automations to streamline processes and utilize AI tools for execution and reporting.

Education
