Qualifications

• Experience in crewing or maritime operations, with a successful background in Crewing, Marine HR, or a similar field.
• Effective communication skills with a perfect command of English.
• Strong drive for results and excellent stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive attitude with enthusiasm and a collaborative spirit.
• Ability to plan and execute tasks in a structured manner.
• Experience interacting in an international environment with diverse nationalities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated team player, adaptable to change and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Background in seafaring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vessels are adequately manned as per requirements.
• Provide long-term relief rotation and advance planning for crew.
• Coordinate with Fleet Groups for technical and management needs.
• Manage crew changes effectively.
• Evaluate crew performance and identify training needs.
• Ensure compliance with crew document validity.
• Update crew change records in the planning system.
• Conduct work activities with a focus on health and safety.
• Promote interaction between colleagues at sea and shore through dialogue and visits.
• Participate in Crew Operations activities and projects as needed.
• Maintain data quality in systems.
