Credit Analyst

Job summary

As a Credit Analyst in the Retail Finance B2C team, you will focus on analyzing credit flows, assessing lending strategies, and identifying optimization opportunities. The role involves working closely with data to enhance credit risk management across multiple Nordic markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in credit analysis or a similar analytical role
• Proficient in SAS and/or SQL or a comparable programming language
• Degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, systems science, or a related field
• Ability to structure complex tasks and communicate findings effectively
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming credit flows and analyze the impact of lending strategies on risk and profitability
• Build decision materials for the Credit Committee and run simulations and scenarios
• Develop improved methods for structuring analyses
• Explore new data sources to enhance credit assessments
• Collaborate with the central analytics function on decision-making processes

• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex information clearly

Education

• Degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, or economics
