Creative Video Producer

Job summary

The role involves creating engaging video content that enhances brand communication both internally and externally. The Creative Video Producer will take ownership of productions from concept to final delivery, working collaboratively with various stakeholders across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in video production, either from a similar role or relevant education with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to independently manage productions from concept to final edit.
• Familiarity with producing diverse content types, including social media, brand, campaign, or instructional videos.
• Understanding of visual storytelling and adaptability of content for different channels and audiences.
• Proficiency in planning, scripting, filming, lighting, sound recording, and post-production.

Responsibilities

• Produce video content from idea development and scripting to filming, editing, and final delivery.
• Create short-form content for social media, digital channels, and employer branding.
• Produce learning and training videos for colleagues across the organization.
• Edit campaigns and stock footage to align with the visual identity.
• Plan shoots, scout locations, and ensure high production quality across sound, lighting, and visuals.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Marketing, HR, Retail, and other business functions.
• Stay updated with new formats, trends, and production tools to enhance content quality.

Education

• Relevant education in video production or a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition). Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Cinema 4D, Blender, or AI-powered production tools is a plus.
