Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in performance creative strategy, direct-response marketing, and conversion-focused copywriting.
• Strong background in paid media, especially with Meta advertising platforms; familiarity with TikTok or YouTube is advantageous.
• Proven ability to create and optimize high-converting ad creatives for DTC/B2C brands.
• Deep understanding of direct-response psychology and consumer behavior.
• Experience working closely with media buyers and cross-functional creative teams.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Availability to work within European working hours (GMT).
• Experience in the supplements, wellness, health, or nutrition industries is a plus.
