Job summary

This role is focused on developing high-converting creative strategies for paid media campaigns, particularly on Meta platforms, in a remote and flexible part-time freelance capacity. The ideal candidate will leverage data analysis and consumer psychology to enhance customer acquisition and revenue growth across digital channels.

Qualifications

  • Senior-level experience in performance creative strategy and direct-response marketing.
  • Strong background in paid media, especially with Meta advertising; familiarity with TikTok or YouTube is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of creating and optimizing high-converting ad creatives for DTC/B2C brands.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior and performance-driven messaging.
  • Experience working collaboratively with media buyers and creative teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Availability to work within European working hours (GMT).
  • Experience in the supplements, wellness, health, or nutrition sectors is a plus.
