Creative Production Student Assistant

Job summary

This role involves supporting the Creative and Marketing team in various production and operational tasks related to brand storytelling, events, and campaign execution. The position is designed for a detail-oriented student eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for cycling and a strong interest in the brand
• Experience or keen interest in sports, project management, production, fashion, or marketing through studies, internships, or personal projects
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with comfort in operational and logistical tasks
• Digital literacy with familiarity in project management or asset tracking tools (experience with Asana or similar is advantageous)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the sample archive, including logging, tracking, and coordinating product samples
• Assist with shoot production, including preparation, on-set logistics, and post-shoot wrap-up
• Coordinate logistics for campaigns, events, and content shoots, including booking support and travel arrangements
• Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks within the creative and marketing team
• Contribute to understanding the operations of a cross-functional creative and marketing team from planning to execution

Education

• Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study

Tools

• Familiarity with project management tools, particularly Asana or similar
