Job summary

The Open Wing Alliance (OWA) Europe Corporate Strategy Lead will act as a key expert in corporate campaigning and outreach within Europe, guiding member organizations in developing and executing effective campaigns to end the abuse of chickens. This role involves strategic alignment, campaign execution, and building relationships to enhance campaign capacity across the network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate pressure campaigns, corporate engagement, or negotiations.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and develop practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to OWA member groups on corporate campaign development and execution.
• Coach groups to build their capacity for independent, high-impact campaigns.
• Collaborate with groups to troubleshoot challenges and maintain campaign momentum.
• Adapt campaign strategies to local contexts and empower groups to innovate.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on corporate campaigning.
• Develop resources and training materials to enhance campaign effectiveness across the network.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with member groups and facilitate knowledge sharing.
