Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and assist in the approval of contracts, including NDAs and distribution agreements.
• Conduct assessments and research on intellectual property, marketing, and competition law issues.
• Coordinate with global teams on general legal inquiries.
• Support the digital transformation initiatives of the legal team, including AI projects and contract management systems.

Skills

Education
