Qualifications

  • Ability to negotiate effectively with partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate business-to-business contracts, including agreements with healthcare providers.
  • Lead contract workflows and collaborate with stakeholders for alignment.
  • Advise sales representatives and engage in commercial and legal negotiations.
  • Develop and implement contract management processes and best practices.
  • Maintain service agreements for target segments and provide ad hoc support for contract-related matters.
