Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Croatian (C1) and fluent in English (C1)
• Excellent grammar skills
• Experience in a BPO, contact center, or content moderation within the last year
• Tolerance for sensitive content, including child exploitation, violence, and hate speech
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient computer handling skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to follow content moderation guidelines
• Strong written communication skills, empathy, and cultural awareness of political and social issues in Croatia
