Qualifications

  • Native-level proficiency in Swedish (C1) and fluent in English (C1)
  • Excellent grammar skills
  • Previous experience in BPO, contact center, or content moderation within the last year
  • Ability to handle sensitive content, including topics such as child exploitation, violence, and hate speech
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and research skills
  • Excellent written communication, empathy, and cultural awareness
