Job summary

This role involves developing and executing the Nordic marketing strategy for skincare brands, focusing on consumer insights and effective communication. The position is a parental leave cover for 8-10 months.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and over 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a similar international marketing role.
• Strong communication skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a structured, hands-on approach.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Proficient in digital marketing and business acumen.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in leading marketing initiatives.
• Creative and passionate about digital innovation.
• Advanced Excel skills and fluency in English; knowledge of a Nordic language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Localize global marketing strategies for Nordic relevance.
• Develop comprehensive 360° marketing plans in collaboration with various teams.
• Foster creativity to enhance consumer experiences.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Define consumer profiles and optimize marketing messages.
• Lead Paid, Owned, and Earned media activities.
• Utilize consumer insights for marketing opportunities.
• Manage the Advertising & Promotion budget and analyze ROI.
• Oversee product launch and promotional calendars.
• Collaborate with Retail and Visual Merchandising teams to improve in-store experiences.
• Act as the main contact for Regional Consumer Marketing teams.
