The Consumer Engagement Manager is tasked with centering consumer needs in business strategies by deeply understanding their behaviors, attitudes, and motivations. This role focuses on designing impactful experiences that enhance consumer engagement with healthcare services across the Nordics.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in consumer research techniques and insight generation.
  • Strong campaign planning and execution skills with a track record of successful campaign delivery in Nordic markets.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various functions and teams.
  • Proficiency in data analytics for performance measurement and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and localization of patient disease state education campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and traditional media.
  • Build consumer understanding through segmentation, personas, and detailed consumer journeys.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize consumer campaigns, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance consumer experiences and drive improvements in the consumer journey.
  • Implement measurement plans to track campaign performance and ensure continuous improvement.

  • Excellent campaign management skills with accountability for results.

Education
