The role of Connectivity Expert involves ensuring seamless integration and operation between technology, service, and guest experiences. You will be a vital part of the Guest & Host Care team, focusing on maintaining smooth connections with third-party platforms to enhance visibility and bookings.

Responsibilities

Collaboration and team

• Support and communicate with guests and hosts via chat, email, and phone
• Troubleshoot operational issues related to listings, bookings, and channel integrations
• Take ownership of daily tasks and ensure timely execution
• Share user insights and data with internal teams to enhance processes
• Contribute ideas for optimizing collaboration with external partners
• Continuously improve and document internal workflows
• Work closely with the Guest & Host Care team on connectivity-related cases
• Coordinate with the Product team to identify and prevent system issues
• Assist in onboarding new colleagues through training
• Share knowledge and feedback to ensure high-quality service
• Contribute positively to team culture and collaboration

Education

• Relevant experience in service or operational roles is preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with external platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and others is beneficial.
