Job summary

The role of Configuration Specialist involves addressing complex challenges within the life sciences sector by translating customer business needs into effective solution architecture and implementation plans. This position requires collaboration with clients to enhance their digital asset management capabilities and deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a configuration consulting role.
• Veeva Vault Certification.
• In-depth knowledge of Vault PromoMats configuration.
• Experience in managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Proven track record in delivering end-user training and release management.
• Strong understanding of IT architecture concepts.

Responsibilities

• Convert customer requirements into system designs and implementation strategies.
• Configure and manage Veeva Vault PromoMats, including workflows, user permissions, and reporting.
• Advise on integration points for multichannel content with Veeva CRM and third-party solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for Veeva Vault PromoMats, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to estimate and design solution implementation projects.
• Monitor risks and resolve challenges during the implementation phase.
• Contribute to the Content Excellence practice by leveraging pharma commercial knowledge and technology expertise.

Skills

• Strong commercial understanding combined with technical acumen.
• Ability to define standards and best practices for configuration and development teams.
• Leadership skills to facilitate design workshops with clients.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
