About the role

Job summary

This role involves supporting the Group Sustainability and Compliance team in managing global compliance and quality certifications. The Compliance Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence and adherence to regulatory requirements across multiple locations.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative background as a coordinator, preferably in global certifications.
  • Experience in coordination, structure, and follow-up.
  • Familiarity with Global certifications such as ISO standards is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in SharePoint and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate tasks across various functions and follow up on deliverables and deadlines.
  • Maintain the SharePoint site and documentation in Teams.
  • Manage invoice control and administrative follow-up.
  • Prepare and enhance training materials, guides, and internal communications.
  • Support the structure and progress of certification activities.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks as needed, even in unstructured situations.

  • Ability to navigate a dynamic environment and manage shifting priorities.

Education

  • Relevant educational background in administration or a related field is preferred.
