Compliance Analyst (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves participating in project-based AI opportunities focused on testing and improving AI systems, specifically in compliance and regulatory contexts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, audit, legal, risk management, or financial services.
• Recent experience in compliance and regulatory roles or financial crimes is preferred.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1+).
• Relevant certifications such as CRCM or CAMS are advantageous.

• Design and evaluate compliance scenarios against regulations.
• Write structured documentation for sanctions alert dispositions.
• Build compliance testing scenarios and document findings.
• Identify gaps in internal policies regarding regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all test cases are documented with accurate regulatory citations.
• Estimated workload of 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
• Earnings of up to $60 per hour, depending on experience and contribution level.
