Qualifications

  • Minimum of ten years of experience in communication.

  • Experience in content development and production.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of a Nordic language is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Offer multi-channel communication advice and drive strategic communication projects.
  • Collaborate with Business Banking stakeholders to manage the communication agenda.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with business priorities and is well-coordinated.
  • Create engaging content, including articles, presentations, and videos.
  • Develop and implement communication plans that support Group strategy.
  • Support change management communication strategies for organizational initiatives.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and independence in approach.
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Education

  • Relevant degree in communication or related field preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with communication tools and platforms for content creation and distribution.
