Job summary

The role of Commercial Excellence Lead involves driving demand creation and pipeline generation initiatives to enhance revenue growth within the Group Commercial Excellence department. This position focuses on engaging early with customers and aligning specifications to improve pipeline quality.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Commercial Transformation Consulting, or related fields, preferably in a B2B context.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing sales enablement programs that enhance conversion rates and sales productivity.
  • Proficiency in creating sales tools and content frameworks, with experience in CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, capable of influencing teams without formal authority.
  • Data-driven approach to measuring pipeline quality and commercial impact.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate needs into actionable strategies.
  • Project management experience in executing commercial initiatives across various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute demand creation strategies to generate high-quality pipeline opportunities.
  • Lead sales enablement initiatives, including the development of conversion kits and engagement models.
  • Manage commercial projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met while tracking progress against KPIs.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine enablement tools based on performance data.
  • Develop scalable frameworks for commercial transformation and engage with market stakeholders to shape strategy.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to identify and manage risks in complex environments.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Tools

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics), analytics dashboards, and business intelligence tools.
