About the role

Job summary

This role involves designing and building the commercial infrastructure for a startup focused on agentic cloud technology. You will be responsible for creating systems that convert early traction into scalable revenue, including CRM architecture and reporting dashboards.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, RevOps, or business development at a B2B SaaS, tech, or infrastructure startup.
  • Experience in building a CRM and associated reporting, with knowledge of scalable pipeline structures.
  • Proven track record of running structured outreach campaigns and tracking conversion metrics.
  • Experience in creating sales enablement content and outbound sequences in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong ownership mindset and systems thinking capabilities.
  • Familiarity with AI agents and automation is a plus.
